Joel E. Solomon
Vice President
Joel Solomon is vice president at Rothschild. His activities involve retirement benefit plans, managed investment accounts and general brokerage.
Joel serves as a trustee for the Village of Glencoe, and formally served on the Glencoe Police Pension Board, as well as various not-for-profit boards. In addition, he is a member of the Illinois Bar.
Prior to joining Rothschild in 1991, Joel had 15 years of investment and merchant banking, private company ownership financing and corporate finance experience, including eight years with Bankers Trust Company and six years with A.G. Becker Warburg Paribas.
He received a bachelor’s in economics from Colorado College, an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctorate from Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law.
