Karl Velde, Jr. is vice president at Rothschild. He brought years of experience and knowledge, particularly in the field of fixed income securities, when he joined the firm in August 2007.
Before joining Rothschild, he worked for William Blair & Company and Harris Bank.
He received an A.B. in liberal arts from Princeton University, graduating cum laude, and an LL.B. at the University of Virginia Law School.
He is a member of the University Club of Chicago; the Indian Hill Club in Winnetka, IL; the Onwentsia Club in Lake Forest, IL and the Birnam Wood Golf Club in Santa Barbara, CA.
