For plan sponsors who elect to use mutual funds in their retirement plans, a significant part of this process is selecting which funds will be offered. As both an independent broker/dealer and Registered Investment Advisor, Rothschild is able to assist in compiling a diverse line-up of investment choices that we believe best match the participant’s unique needs. Once vendors are selected by the plan sponsor, Rothschild works closely with the vendors to help finalize the plan. Upon completion, we then work closely with the plan sponsor to establish an ongoing process for monitoring the performance, diversification and expenses of the plan.
