Alexander I. Crevi
Alex is a Vice President at Rothschild, having joined in 2006 from Morgan Stanley.
Alex manages diversified investment portfolios for individuals, including personal accounts, Trusts, and retirement accounts, as well as family foundations and family holding companies, with a focus on company quality and long-term success. He also provides expertise in tax-exempt securities and is the firm’s Municipal Securities Principal. In this role, he assists individual and institutional clients with their municipal security investments and oversees all of the firm’s municipal activity.
Alex is a native Chicagoan, having grown up in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood where he attended the Francis W. Parker school. For his undergraduate studies, Alex attended Boston University where he achieved a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Finance.
Outside of Rothschild, Alex has volunteered his leadership and financial expertise to a number of Chicago area not-for-profits, in many cases as a member of the Board of Directors, including acting as Board President for four years at one of the largest technical assistance and training agencies for volunteer literacy programs in Illinois. Alex is a member of the Union League Club of Chicago where he likes to play basketball. Alex, his wife, Gina, and their son, Sebastian, live in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.
