Ladd joined Rothschild in 2009 as an Account Executive and member of the Retirement Plan Consulting Practice. Since 2013, he’s held the title of Vice President and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He services individuals, business owners, and group retirement plan participants.

Before joining Rothschild, Ladd spent three years working for Wells Fargo Bank and Wells Fargo Investments in Denver, Colorado. As a Licensed Banker, he provided personal and commercial financial services involving both bank FDIC products along with non-FDIC investments.

Ladd received a joint bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing, with a minor in economics, from the University of Denver.  He volunteers as a trustee on the Endowment Committee at the Hadley School for the Blind.

Ladd lives in Broomfield, Colorado with his wife Alissa and their three children.
