Scott is an Executive Vice President, having joined the firm in October, 2019.

Scott’s duties include portfolio management and overseeing the LaSalle Street Small and SMID Cap Composites as well as taxable accounts.

Prior to joining, Scott was President of LaSalle Street Capital Management LLC. He has over 25 years experience having been Chief Investment Officer and/or Portfolio Manager with Chicago Asset Management Company LLC, Strong Capital Management, and Mid-Continent Capital.  He earlier performed merger and acquisition work for DeKalb AgResearch, Inc.

Scott has been a speaker at M.I.T. and a teaching assistant at the University of Chicago. He has served on various boards of directors, and currently serves on the Salvation Army’s Chicago Metro Board. Scott has appeared on Nightly Business News, Bloomberg TV, and has been quoted in several investment journals.

Scott has a B.S. from Indiana University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
